Winters And The Things We Ignore

The common things we "Neglect" during Winters



During the season of Winters, we assume that some of the things are petty and are of little importance but neglecting our those "actions" and by not doing some of those required "actions" can make us regret later on. The list goes as follows:


1. Eating peanuts impatiently:  

Yes you heard that right. When the winter is about to get started and we see peanuts being sold in the markets, shops and all over the city on small to big stalls, we impatiently and straightforwardly purchase a large amount of it. Since this may not sound strange but the risky thing is overeating. This may not only cause us cold and flu, but also cough, tonsil infection, chest congestion and several other health disorders.
So in this case we must, being sincere and loyal to ourselves, be patient taking the right and required amount of Peanuts.
Note: "Don't forget to see if the peanut retailer is selling some old sort of Peanut by using the raw peanut he saved last year"

2. Muffling unnecessarily:

 Sometimes, we muffle our self too much and over-wrap our self a lot, which is not required at all. Winter doesn't want to see you uneasily covered in jackets, mufflers, sweaters. in front of it. Winter want you to relax, as you do. Unnecessary muffling May be harmful for you. Avoiding this would be a better thing. But this does not mean that don't wrap up yourself. Wrapping up is necessary and needed but over-wrapping as always, may not be good for a healthy person's healthy health.


3. Sugar intake:

Avoid sugar as much as you can. Specially artificial sugars e.g. aspartame. Sugar is present from candy bars to the “healthy” items like granola bars. Sugar is an overwhelming threat to the health because it enfeebles the immune system. If the immune system gets weak, your body has to work more harder and this gets you in a state of disparity leaving you sick. Your only sugar intake source can be from fresh fruit like apples and cherries, as they also carry crucial vitamins to fight illness.  


4. Always staying in the quilt:

I know it might be cold, mild, dry and dark out when you leave work, but exercise is essential for maintaining a healthy immune system. Remaining all the time on bed, and not coming out of the quilts is a bad and destructive thing because if it's summer, or if it's winter, warming up like a man is importantly needed.

5. Eating Junk Food:


Junk food is another bad thing we keep on doing in the season of winters and besides how badly it affects our digestive system, it make us think less by limiting our brain's functions. Also it can make you feel like you're sleepy, where you don't need more sleep at all. Junk Food is anything that comes in packages e.g Chocolates, Potato Chips or Fries, Candies, etc.
Staying away from junk food can be good for you and you will feel more energetic and active.
